Can anyone HELP?! I seem to have trashed my Winsock 2 ( I think!)

HELP!

I followed the instructions of someone (malicious?!) on another forum
( see "castleyt" on http://www.esato.com/board/viewtopic.php?topic=53603)

And now I have no internet access on my main PC!

I used the "LSPfix" utility to delete the following .dll s:

mr20.dll
winrnr.dll
CSLSP.dll
msafd.dll
rsvpsp.dll

(I stupidly agreed to press the "I know what I'm doing" - I dont - button!)
and now I have no internet access!

How can I recover?
Can I just copy all the relevant files from another Windows2000 PC?

FWIW, I originally did all this because my Sony Ericcson phone has
incredibly flakey software that sometimes works but keeps giving FATAL error
messages when connected to my PC (via US)

Do I have to reinstall windows windows completely?
Or is there some repair/recovery option?
Or can I do this manually... YIKES!

Too late - it looks like I'm gonna have to re-install Windows2000
from scratch! [deep sigh]
