Can anybody HELP? Somebody must have seen this before!

I am having a problem with Delivery Receipts not processing properly with
some delivery receipts. It appears random. It is not a server issue
(according to the admin). It is only happening since I upgraded to Outlook
2003 and I am the only one on our network with the problem. I request and I
get the delivery receipts but when I open the delivery receipt it has no
subject and the to: is "Unknown". The receipt does not process and the
message tracking in the original sent message is not updated. Read Receipts,
when I use them, are processing fine. It is as if Outlook 2003 is
"mis-interpreting" the delivery receipts. Can anyone help?

Are they plain text or RTF? Outlook only processes RTF receipts.

if you use a computer with an older version of outlook installed, do they
process?

The delivery receipts are all coming from Exchange Servers internal to my
company. Some process fine and others have "Unknown" in the TO: field. No
other users on our network (some on Outlook 2003, some on Outlook XP and even
some on Outlook 2000) are reporting this problem. It is not consistent.
Sometimes a Delivery Receipt for a message sent to a user processes fine and
other times a Delivery Receipt for a message to that same users is not
processed. I can't see a pattern.
