Can any one get ABC VideoRoll to work?

I have read that it was once a very good freeware video editing
program. However, I don't think it will work even if you have the
serial number. Still, I see it posted so I am wondering if any one gets
it to work.

the developers once and learned this.) The good news is that you can
use it forever, if you're willing to keep clicking the ignore option
