Can an email that has been deleted be "undeleted"?

Well I have noticed that a VERY important email has been
deleted. Is there a way to undelete this email.

Look in your deleted items folder. If it has not been emptied, it will be
there.

i had some very important note that had been delete and i went to the Recycle Bin and it wasn't there can you help me please
