Can all dates of a recurring appointment be seen simultaneously?.

I need to send each individual date of a recurring appt to someone for
informational purposes only. She will not be an attendee. Is there a way to
pull & print them at one time as opposed to looking them up individually?

I need to send each individual date of a recurring appt to someone for

a way to pull & print them at one time as opposed to looking them up
individually?

Create a new calendar folder and copy the recurring event to it. Export
that calendar to a CSV file and Outlook will ask for a begin and end date
for the range because it can't export recurring events. Then delete the
recurring event from the second calendar and import the CSV file. It will
import as individual items. You can then either print that calendar or
display that calendar as a table, select all of the items, right-click the
selection and drag them to your Inbox, choosing Copy Here as Attachment in
order to create a mail message with the calendar events as attachments that
you can send. Delete the extra calendar folder when you're done or simply
clear it out and keep it around in case you have to do this type of thing
again.
