Can a rule move a message only after it has been read?

Please advise if a rule can look to the status of the Read field and only
process if message has been read?
 
You could edit the settings of the rule and before clicking FINISH, check the
tab beside "run this rule now on messages already in the inbox." That should
help to move the message after it has been read, as on the subject line of
this posting.
