Can a Mini-ITX mobo fit an ATX case?

Without modifications to the ATX case, that is.

Reason for the question: I would like to use the following hitsink

EPIA-M10000

and I am not sure whether this will fit into one of the available
Mini-ITX cases. If you know a Mini-ITX case that can acommodate this
hitsink **and** two 5.25" drives (HDD + DVD) that would be a great
solution, too.

I don't see why it wouldn't. It appears to come with the proper
backplate....
