You're asking in the wrong place. This is a technical support newsgroup for
Microsoft Access databases. A photography forum would be more suitable;
search http://groups.google.com for newsgroups about photography.
Note that the photo image is not the person; the actual image may not HAVE
anything in it other than the flash.
