camcel comcast as e-mail provider to vista mailo

I have comcast as my e-mail provider and want to change to microsoft
vista-mail. can you help me provide this service or do I need to cancel
with comcast first?

Windows Mail is an email client, not a provider. You will have to follow
Comcast's instructions to set up Windows Mail for that account.

You still need that connection to the Internet that Comcast provides,
whether you use their mail service or not.
