CALL BACK VPN RAS

I have ras server some users connect to ras server and
some fron vpn

I would like to enable call back to all from active
directory dial in properties but what will happen when a
user connect from vpn.

Is there a way or a policy that ras server can tell if a
user is from internet vpn or ras to modem so call back
will be enable only to the ras users

you can base the condition on the remote access policy based on media type
( isdn for modem)
