calendars reminders wont dismiss

Hello I had an user that was running NT 4.0 with office
2000, recently she has moved on to a windows XP PRO
machine. Everything is working fine in outlook except one
thing. When a calendar reminder appears she cant snooze or
dismiss. For example she can set it to dismiss it for 4
hours but say ok and then pow it is right back on her
screen again within a couple of minutes. Any ideas on how
to fix this.

I was thinking the cleanreminders switch but I am not sure
if that erases all your reminders that she has set up
because she has dozens of them.

It doesn't erase your reminders...it just resets them. You can always back
up the .PST file before trying it if you have any concerns (assuming the
user is using a .PST and not an Exchange mailbox).
