Is there anyway to determine when I or someone else posted something to the
outlook calendar? (trying to determine when something was posted)

Every item has a creation date. You can add it to a list view of the
Calendar folder pretty easily

can you explain to me how to do this? thanks

Right click in the view header (where the field names are), choose Field
Chooser. Drag Created to the view header and drop it. That should add the
Created field, which is the date the item was created, to the view

I think we are getting closer, I am using outlook 2003, with calendar on my
screen, which icon do i right click

It's not an icon, it's the list of field names over the view. Choose a view
like 'By Category' to see your calendar as a list.
