We use Office XP and Exchange 5.5

When scheduling a meeting more than 2 months out, I see No Information next
to the people i am inviting to the meeting. What do I need to change to
correct this?

Change the number of months for free/busy in calendar options.

After furious head scratching, Lanna asked:

I tried that in my Outlook Options and another user. It did not work. Is
this something that has to be done at Exchange? If so, where?

Did you close and restart Outlook? Did you give it time to replicate?
