I set up Calendar sharing and sent the link to several of my employees only
to have them come back to me (they are all using outlook 2003), and state
that they get only a blank page, so I went to my laptop also running 2003,
and found that they were right, they cannot view the link, so I went back to
this computer with outlook 2007, and lo and behold the link worked perfectly.
Just another small hang up. I have also learned when you copy and paste on
the contact form, that you can do so everywhere except the phone numbers.
Another new thing cropped up today when I sent out memos to my staff and they
call came back to me saying that they could not open the word document, so I
had to fax it to everyone. Until the 15th of August is my testing of this
product, then I will have to revert back to 2003 in order to properly conduct
business. Just a short note to all realizing that you could care less, but
just wanted to state it regardless.

Outlook 2007 has several methods for sharing a calendar. Which are you trying to use?

Make sure you save Word and other Office documents in the 97-2003 format that you should see as an option in the Save As dialog.
