Office 2003, Sharing of Calendar

We have a small 3 person office with each person running a Windows XP Pro
machine with Office 2003 on it. The server is Windows Server 2003 Standard.

On my machine, I have shared my calendar and contacts. Same with user two.
When I want to look at his calendar, I can go to Open Shared Calendar. I
click the "name" button and the "Select Name" box appears. In the "Show
Names from the:" drop down box I select "All Users". The names appear, and I
pick user two, and get his calendar.

We had this arangement working with my secretary, and then upgraded her
machine. I have her back on the nextwork, logging in as the same user she
was before. However, when she clicks on the "Show Names from the:" drop down
box she is not given the choice of "All Users". If she just types in the
name of the user (along with the domain) she gets a message saying “Unable to
display the folder. Your profile is not configured to support this operation
for this userâ€.

Any ideas on what I have to do to get her back in good graces with my
machine and the server?

Thanks.

Verify that you have set her up with an Exchange account and that the
default delivery location is also set to the Exchange mailbox and not a
pst-file.
When she selects the Address Book, does she sees the Global Address List?

Thanks Robert,

She is using the same account that was working before. Is this the Exchange
Account? It shouldn't change just because we get her a new machine, right?

She does not get the Global Address List.
