hi we use outlook 2003 calendars in a typical Exchange Server 2003 Environment. We haven't really used it much before, but now need to share calendars between users.
The problem we are having are:
1. Simply by click "Open a shared folder" and select another's name, A can access B's calendar without B explicitly sharing his calendar
2. The "permissions" don't seem to work... A can change B's items (unless it's made private) without B specifiying permission
3. Calendar Properties > "Administration" tab > all fields except the top one "initial view on folder" are greyed out.
Anyone knows how to troubleshoot these problems? Thanks for your ideas.
