When I make an entry into my MS Outlook 2003 Calendar, it says it cannot save
it because I need to repair my .pst file using the Inbox Repair Tool. I have
done this twice. The first time, repairs were made, but I got the same
problem. Next time I ran the repair, the repair tool said there were no
errors, but still the Calendar will not save changes. The rest of Outlook
(Mail, Contacts) seems to work fine. It was all working fine until I
downloaded and installed (automatically at the Update Prompt) the latest
package of updates, security updates etc at the back end of last week. Any
ideas or offers of help, please?

And if Ms. Orland's suggestion doesn't work, you can always create a new
PST, make it your delivery location, then copy the data from your old PST to
the new.

Thanks, Kathleen. I did what you suggested, and while this caused a great
deal of activity and cleared out about 2 weeks worth of reminders (I wondered
where they had all gone!) it did not fix my problem. I tried what Brian
Tillman suggested (in the post after yours) and rebuilt the pst file and that
seems to have sorted things.

I am grateful to you both for your help.
