Calendar Resets Appointment Times

G

Gary

I am a new user of calendar. I've run into a problem in
setting up appointments. I'll set up an appointment for
(say) 2 PM on Wednesday and then save it. A day or so
later, I'll recheck my calendar and find that the
appointment has moved one hour ahead to 3 PM on Wednesday.

This is NOT due to a secretary or someone else changing
the time for me. The times are apparently changing due to
some setting in Outlook.

I'd appreciate any suggestions about this.

Outlook has it's own Daylight savings setting make sure
if you have it turned on on the OS setting go to Outlook
and turn it on also.
In outlook it is under:
Tools > Options > (Preferences Tab) > Calendar Options >
lower right corner) > Time Zone
This is a place to start we had the same issue but we
were on an exchange server and found some users didnt
have it turned on in both places specificaly one person
who shared all Doc's calendars to make appointment for
them.

Hope it works
Xavier
