Calendar Request in Outlook Attachment

Matt

Hello, what is the deal with attaching a calendar request as an item in an
outlook message.

Here is what I want to do. New message . . . Insert . . .Attach Item . .
..and browse to my calendar, select a calendar request that I have set up and
send the calendar request as an attachment to the mail that people can click
to open and Accept/Reject the calendar request.

When I do this and send the mail with the calendar request, people have told
me that they can't double click on it or they are unable to accept or reject.

Is this doable or not due to some security enhancements?

Thanks

Why don't you just e-mail the appointment directly? That would turn it into
a meeting request.
