calendar printing assistant

When I try to print a month style calendar, using one of the templates, the
view prints beyond the margins, sort of overflows. Changing the printer
preference to "scale to fit" paper, causes a single blank page to spin out of
the printer.
I have set paper size and page set up to letter size paper everywhere I can
find a setting. I am using Vista and HP71500 printer. Do not have the
problem when printing on HP 6540.

Just to clarify; Problem using "scale to fit" paper preference, using Outlook
2007 with Vista.
