Calendar Filter on the Notes field is character limited?

Hello,

I have Outlook 2007 and I am trying to automatically filter events in my
calendar using the AUtomatic formatting feature. I am subscribed to several
work calendars that have rather lengthy notes fields. When I try to use the
filter to search for words, if they are too far down in the text Outlook
appears not to find those words and thus not color code my calendar entry.

If I manually manipulate those calendar entries and move the word I am
looking for closer to the top, then outlook will find the entry.

1. Is there any setting I can change to make outlook search the entire notes
field?
or
2. Is there another way of automatically filtering these events?

Any idea how far down the words are when outlook can't find them? Select the
text down to the word and look on the proofing button for Word Count. Word
and character (with spaces) counts are the important ones.

Thanks for you response. Here are some more details.

** When I setup an automatica filter for the following Notes field. I can
auto filter on the word "Reviewer" BUT NOT "Class". If you do the proofing to
the end of the word reviewer you get these values: Characters (no spaces) 198
and Characters (with spaces) 227.

Here is the notes field that I am trying to filter. You can even take this
and paste it to an event and try it in your outlook... should do the same
thing. Everything between the stars is what I have in the notes field.

Category- Security
Planned Start- Fri Sep 06 2002 11:00:00 GMT-0400 (Eastern Daylight Time)

Reviewer Class-
Assignee- SYSTEMS ADMIN 1

Justification- This is the description ... I will add lots of words here so
that we can count them and let us make distinct words for the search.
