Calendar entries & duplicate contacts

I've managed to delete all the diary entries but they are still in the
archive calendar - now renamed Calendar 1 - please could someone tell me how
to copy all entries to the default Calendar - I'm new to this so need VERY
simple steps to follow. Added problem is that the calendar, emails, contacts
all sync with my Nokia E71 and now I have no diary entries on my phone and
all contacts have been duplicated. help!

Click on "Calendar1" to open it. Change your view to a table view, like "By
Category". Select all the items by pressing Ctrl-A. Click Edit>Copy to
Folder. Specify your default Calendar folder as the destination. Click OK.
