Calendar Duplication

Is there a program/macro to be able to sync a personal Calendar, with
a public calendar? We have 2 pilots who keep thier entire personal
schedule on a public calendar just because they need to know when they
are available to fly. Is there a way for them to be able to make one
entry, on thier personal calendar, and duplicate it as used time in
the public folder.

We sell an exchange add-on for that. It does what you want and a LOT
more but maybe the costs are to high if you only need it for two
users.
It's called Exchange GroupCalendar. I am not sure if I can add url's
