Outlook 2003 - Changing Default Anniversary/Birthday event Calendar

A user accesses a Public Folder contacts folder. When they update the
Birthday/Anniversary of a contact, it says "Create the xxxxxxxx event in
your personal calendar?". How do I change this so it puts the event in
another user's calendar/a public folder calendar?

You can't but you can move the automatically created birthday event to
another Calendar folder if you want manually.

How?

It says you can't move recurring appointments...

Change your view to the All Appointments view and try again.
