Calendar appointment problems in Outlook Exchange server.

Hello.

In my office we now use the outlook exchange server. Everybody here has both
a private calendar, and a calendar that everyone can view. However, when we
send an appointment to somebody, and they accept it - it shows on his or her
private calendar instead of the public one. How can I make the appiontments
show up on the public calendars? Thank you in advance to anyone who can help.

Best regards

Define what you mean by public and private calendars. An Exchange user
should have only one calendar -- the Calendar folder in their mailbox.

As I said, an Exchange user should have only one main calendar -- the
Calendar folder in their mailbox. You apparently are using a .pst file as
your default information store, which is causing this problem. The solution
is to get rid of the .pst file and use your mailbox as the default store.
You can make this change in Tools | Email accounts, using the drop-down list
under the account list.

the other solution is for you to copy every appointment from your .pst file
Calendar folder into the mailbox folder.
