Calculations in Word Form not working

I have completed a form with a calculation text box. I have tried formatting
it with both checking and unchecking the "Calculate on Exit", but neither
works. Only if I unprotect the form, click on the calculation cell, click the
Form Fields Option button and then click OK does it do the calculation.
Suggestions?

You need to check the Calculate on Exit box in the properties dialog for
each of the formfields that contribute to the calculation, not in the
calculation FormField.
