CAL setup

How do I setup my domain controller for my 25 CAL's that
were purchased?
 
On your server, go here.
Start, settings, control panel.
Licensing manager.

You will be able to add your cals.
 
Will this have any effect on my machines that are already
using the server to authenticate through?
