Cached Mode: Sychronization error

Running Outlook 2003 SP1 with Exchange 2003 SP1 server. Once I switch to
cached mode, everything seems to sync fine, but I end up with this error in
the Sync Issues.

8:46:46 Error synchronizing folder
8:46:46 [80040119-501-0-5C0]
8:46:46 The client operation failed.
8:46:46 Microsoft Exchange Server Information Store
8:46:46 For more information on this failure, click the URL below:

http://www.microsoft.com/support/prodredirect/outlook2000_us.asp?err=80040119-501-0-5c0

Of course, the URL above is worthless for this situation. :)

I am seeing this on multiple clients here as I upgrade them to Outlook 2003.
My profile does state that I am in Unicode mode. I also have seen posts
about deleting the profile and recreating it, but that's not an ideal
solution when upgrading 150 clients.

Anyone else solve a similar situation?

Thanks.

I also have this problem. I deleted the .ost client file and outlook
recreated it but it did not work.

Thanks Phil
