cached credentials

i need some info on cached credentials,cause we have users who are out in
the field and theres that 50 times rules after they cant logg on, cause they
havent sync with servers, they VPN though every now and again. Also when
they get prompted to change password lets say on there desktop back at HQ,
how does it get sync with the laptop. how can i fix this to when they change
there password on the desktop it will be applied to the laptop, they use
dialup networking when out in the field. any ideas

You can try checking the option to use dial up networking at the
Ctrl+alt+del screen. This will establish the vpn connection before the
client enters the credentials. When the credentials are sent it will be as
thought the client is logging on on the LAN.
