cached and domain password

a user recently changed password. now everytime he opens
outlook (2000/2002) it keeps asking for username,
password, domain. this happens only in this computer
(all the network settings are correct, also resolves
username and Exchange Server names). he uses multiple
computers. he can however access outlook (2000/XP) in
any other Windows 2000/XP successfully.

I suspect the old password is somehow cached somewhere in
Outlook settings. I wonder if there is a way to
synchronize or set to reflect the new password.

Thanks, Subin

Replied to your post in one of the Exchange groups - if you need to post to
multiple groups, it's best to do so all at once in a single message
(separate the NG names with commas) so that everyone can follow the thread.
Thanks ...

Crossposting = posting once to several newsgroups within a single message.
This is not a Bad Thing (presuming the list of groups posted to is small,
and all the groups are truly relevant to your question)

Multiposting = posting separate, identical posts to several newsgroups. This
is a Bad Thing. :)
