cache stops receiving mail

I have two users now that when using cached mode that the mail stops being
received into their local cache and no new mail is then received. local ost
file is under 200 MB and we are in unicode mode. If cache is turned off and
they work online, they are OK. Tried deleting ost and profile, same result.
Any ideas?

This happens with my users as well. We are running WinXP Pro w/ Office 2003.
If I uncheck the "Use Cached Exchange Mode", I begin receiveing mail.

I have exactly this same problem with one of my users, even if I set up their
profile on another computer....can enyone help ?

I am running Small Business server 2000, is this problem an exchange or
Outlook problem.
Either way should'nt Microsoft fix it ???
Are we the only 3 in the world to experience this ???
