I DO NOT want to have a telephone line hooked to my computer. I repeat: I DO
NOT WANT TO HAVE A TELEPHONE LINE HOOKED TO MY COMPUTER.

That is one reason I went to cable.

Another reason is because cable is faster than a telephone line.

Mutually exclusive technologies are not involved in anything I was asking
about.

Please read, and try to understand the posts before putting in you two cents
worth.

Seems that your happy..so why ask about faxing with cable..can't be done.
