I don't. I've yet to meet a mail application that nobody says "turn off
mail scanning for better integrity of the mail store."
i.e., for most mail applications, active antivirus scanning of the mail
store is likely to lose you mail in the long term. I've not heard any
discussion of this particular suite.
I'd try either a straight security group, or a public forum---not sure
whether there are Live related support forums or not.
Hmm--it appears that yet another migration of forums is under way at
Microsoft. Here's where I'd look, but I don't see one for mail--just writer.
There is, however--look way at the bottom--a forum to ASK where the forum
for "x" is!!
