C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 Folder

Everytime on booting to the desktop I get the
C:\Windows\System32 folder that covers almost the whole
desktop. I can click out of it no problem but it is a
nuisance and whould like to know how to get rid of it at
startup.
