everytime I open outlook I receive error message ,the add-in

"c:WINDOWS\system32\pwexchet32.dll" could not be installed or loaded. how do
i solve this problem

Are you sure about the file name? (The name in the Subject line and the
text below do not match).

Do you have any add-on installed for Outlook?
