When starting up I am receiving error saying cannot run/find c:\windows\sysrem32\mousecntl32.exe. Check to see if it exisists of delete reg entry which it refers to ??? help

that file is not part of Windows.

Go to Start > Run > msconfig
go to the startup tab and uncheck any item that mentions that file.

If you feel comfortable manipulating the registry, you might go there
and delete any mention of the file.
