C++ Runtime Library Error

USing Windows XP receive the following error, locks up
PC. C++ Runtime Library Error. "C:\program
files\internet explorer\iexplore.exe this application has
requested the run time to terminate in a unuaual way" Any
help.

Also open internet explorer > tools >internet options >advanced >here
you check the box against "disable script debugging" and uncheck the box
against "display a notification after every script error" >Apply/ok
