How can I see this folder and how can I clean it up? When
I cleared the recent virus, it scanned this folder which
I can't see or access. It seems to resemble a cache of
some kind.

Don, this is the system path for your temporary internet
cache (and it's normally hidden unless you change view
properties) - the easiest way to clean this is got to
tools - temporary internet files - settings - view files -
select all - delete - you will get the box that will ask
if you want to delete "cookies" - I would delete them as
well - if you are on a broadband connection, you may want
to also consider lowering the size of your temp folder --
