Sounds like you're well on the way to designing your own. You'll need
tables for Prospects (PersonID, LastName, FirstName, contact
information...); Activities (ActivityID, Description); undoubtedly
some other tables depending on how "activities" relate to Prospects,
what a "status" means, etc.
