Hi!
I have a real life-or-death question regarding Windows XP. I haven't been
able to find an answer in TechNet searches, etc. I simply want to stop an
information balloon from popping up whenever I send something to my
printer(s). The popup appears in the system tray over a printer icon
whenever I send a print job. Settings: I'm running Windows XP Pro, SP2. I
have a server (Windows 2000 Advanced Server) and a small network. The
printer(s) are installed on this machine and are accessed a network printers
from my Win XP Pro machine. Also, I disabled an option (on the Win XP
machine), that had something to do with information balloons, but at the time
of writing this note, I cannot recall exactly where that setting is located.
However, I disabled it in hopes of shutting off the printer info balloons.
Thanks for your help!!!
