Business contact Mgr for Outlook 2003

I have tried to install business Contact Mgr a number of
times. It goes through the regular installation and at
the end it says Setup was completed, However, below is
this message. "Business Contact Manager for Outlook 2003
was not installed. The Wizard was interupted before
Business Contact Manager for outlook 2003 could be
completely installed. Run Setup again." this just sort
of continues to loop with the same error. Any Ideas?
This installation is on a xppro machine.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, jchelgren asked:
