business contact manager

Each time I open Outlook, there is an error message,"business contact manager
has encountered a problem." AmI correct in assuming this is realted to
firewall function. I have made no changes in related programs. Yet, this
message just started appearing yesterday. Any ideas?
 
What the version of BCM that you are running? also does it give you an error
report window
