Business Contact Manager subfolders missing

Mike Miller

I installed BCM on three wks. All XP Pro w\ Office 2003
Pro. On two wks. the only subfolders under Business
Contact Manager visible are DELETED ITEMS and SEARCH
FOLDERS. I have admin rights and user account is a member
of the Local BCMUSERS group. Any ideas how to add the
folders? So far I have: 1) Cleared the form cache and
deleted the extend.dat and related .dats 2) uninstalled
BCM and reinstalled 3) recreated the Outlook profile 4)
Restored using a yesterdays restore point then
uninstalled Office and ran the Office Removal Wizard then
reinstalled Office and BCM. Yet the subfolders won't
appear. Anyone seen this problem?

With Outlook 2003, you'll only see Mail folders in Mail view. Try switching
to Folder List instead. Or just use the Business Tools menu to switch to
Contacts, Accounts, and Opportunities.
