Business Contact Manager: no changes after install

Hi there,

I have installated Business Contact Manager for MS Outlook 2003. Before I
had just Office 2003 Professional (with Outlook 2003).
After the installation (and after the re-installation) I see no difference
in the Outlook menus, i.e. there is NO Business Tools menu and I cannot do
New, and then select Business Contact (this choice is not present).
I have a new program group Businness Contact Manager etc. with a shortcut to
a Help File and one to View the Tours, but no change in Outlook presentation.

This looks very strange to me...
Thanks for your suggestions,
Ivo

I downloaded Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager Pack 1, and the next
time I started Outlook is said something like "BCM is not compatible with
your version of Exchange Server"... I have SBS2003 Premium on the server.

I found in http://office.microsoft.com/en-gb/assistance/HA011505241033.aspx,
the following statement:

"You can't include BCM in the same Outlook e-mail profile as your Exchange
Server mailbox. However, you can create a second Outlook profile for BCM
and easily switch between the two when you need to work with either your
Exchange Server mailbox or your BCM data. Although BCM won't synchronize your
contact or e-mail information between the two profiles, you can use Outlook's
Import/Export features to move items between the two profiles."

I'm not going to play around with two profiles, that's a sure thing.
Is there another way? If not -> remove all BCM...
