Business Contact Manager Forms are missing

Hi!

I had the problem, that my activities for each contact were not available
although the history exists. So i search in the KB. There i found an article
(http://support.microsoft.com/kb/837998/en-us) with tell me, i should delete
the personal forms and then i should clear the form cache. Now BCM shows me
the Outlook forms for my contact. I long to know how can i get back the BCM
forms and the linked activities for each contact.

My configuration:
- Windows XP Home SP2
- Office Small Business Edition 2003 with Business Contact Manager (all
Service Packs and Hotfixes are installed for this)

Hi,

Usually restarting Outlook solves this issue.
Did it not get solved even after a restart?
