BUSINESS CONTACT MANAGER FOLDER DOES NOT APPEAR IN OUTLOOK FOLDER

IT DOESN'T APPEAR TO BE DISABLED.
I CAN'T ACCESS BUSINESS CONTACT MANAGER AT ALL.
 
When you get any error message when trying to access the BCM menu options ?
 
Hi

Is Business tools avaliable ?Do you have Buisness Contact Manager listed
when you go to file > data file managment.Also can you check if it is
present in add /remove Program
