Business contact manager doesn't works

Hi,

I've just installed BCM, but I've nothing new in Outlook!!!
no new menu etc...

it's like if I've installed nothing.

any idea?

Do you have an Exchange account in the profile? If so, BCM won't work.

Yes, I'm connected to exchange server
It's a small business server 2003 edition, and I've installed the patch

Yes, cached mode is enable.

I've tried to create a new profile with a POP3 / SMTP connectivity (or IMAP)
but when I use it BCM crash

and in my standard outlook profile (connected to exchange directly) when I
add the BCM database,
BCM remove this storage when I open outlook because I'm using an Exchange
client
