business contact manager - customize current view

It does not seem 'customize current view' works right when used for
'Opportunity History Items'. The customized view reverts back to the default
setting when I close the Opportunity and reopen it. Is that right?

wanted to ask about the same thing...
Try the following

Open accounts in BCM -> open the account
In opened window you have (at the bottom) some linked mails and there
are few columns (Item Type, Subject, Linked To, Created By,
Created/Due), now i want to add one essencial column for that stuff =
From. No problem = right click -> customize current view. Save and
close... nice. But when i open that window again... there is no From
column only those by default :(
Is there a change to make it remembered?
