business contact manager can't add account

I cannot seem to add an Account under Business Contact Manager (BCM). When I
try to add a Primary Contact or click on the ellipsis nothing happens.
Further, I try to add Business Contacts, I click on Add, and nothing happens.
As well, in the Account History for my existing accounts there is no filter.
It lists email in my Inbox. I would appreciate any information you could
provide.

Hi Rob,

BCM sometimes has what's known as a "forms cache" problem. Clearing the
cache usually fixes it. Choose Tools | Options | Other | Advanced Options |
Custom Forms, then click Manage Forms, then Clear Cache. If simply clearing
the cache doesn't fix the issue, try the other steps detailed at
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;836558

The bulk of the forms cache issues in Outlook 2003 are fixed in Service Pack
1.
If you have not yet upgraded your version of BCM to V2, you can do so by
downloading it from:

SSinha...I appreciate your response. I installed BCM v2, I cleared the cache
and I still cannot Add an Account by linking it to a Business Contact. It's
so depressing. Do you have any other suggestions? I tried a Detect and
Repair on MS Office as well and that didn't work.
