Business Contact Manager 2003 application compatibility issues & V

I have just completed a new 2nd. install of Vista Business on my laptop all
updates are completed. I installed Office 2003 and also did all the updates,
then went to install Business Contact Manager 2003 and I get an error: This
program has known compatibility issues. Of course with Windows Vista then
they suggest to download the patch Update for Windows Vista (KB943302)

I did that and then it says it will not install on this version of Windows.
I also need this so my Adobe CS2 and SBS 2003 R2 and a list of 50+ other
software names will also work. All my software is legal so that is not an
issue. This is my 2nd. install of Vista Business on my laptop to try to fix
other issues and all suggested Microsoft fixes never work. I like the look of
Vista and some of the cool features. But really it is not worth the ton of
extra work, my computers with XP Pro work great and always do. Can some body
point me in the correct direction to fix this issue, as Microsoft searches of
the KB for 2 hours gave me one thing that did not work...... Vista be Damed,
XP Professional is still the best Microsoft Software todate. Now I know why
people that buy new laptops with Vista on it take them back and buy Apple
Laptops, this has happened over 20 times at a local Computer Shop here in my
city.
Thank you in Advance.

I noticed that the patch for KB943302 is only for 64 bit Vista so that is
why it probably did not install if you are running 32 bit Vista.
Have you tried installing any of your other programs yet?

Adobe CS2 is working fine with no errors so far, but I ended up uninstalling
Business Contact Manager. I have way to many hours into this dame laptop and
Vista Business. It is a good thing I am techy as a non tecky person would
have chucked this dame thing long ago...LOL
